Lemon Yogurt Cake





Sudah beberapa kali baking dengan coklat, jadinya ingin yang rasarnya seger.
Apalagi ada sisa yogurt yang harus segera dihabiskan.

Browsing, akhirnya ketemu link ini. Mbak Ani, mohon ijin untuk copy resepnya.
Rasanya memang seger, asam dari lemon, lembut dari yogurt, sehingga tidak eneg. Si sulung juga suka.

Karena malas buat frostingnya, sama seperti mbak Ani, aku taruh prune untuk toppingnya.

It tasted really fresh, sour from the lemon, soft from the yogurt.
It has now become my daughter's new favourite cake.

This time, I put prune as the topping.




Bahan-bahan:
200 gram mentega atau margarine 
200 gram gula pasir castor
4 kuning telur 
1 sdm parutan kulit jeruk lemon
80 ml air jeruk lemon 
200 ml yoghurt 
250 gram tepung terigu
2 sdt baking powder
1/2 sdt soda kue 
4 putih telur kocok, hingga kaku. 


Ingredients:
200 grams of butter or margarine
200 grams of castor sugar
4 egg yolks
1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
80 ml ​​lemon juice
200 ml yoghurt
250 grams of wheat flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
4 beaten egg whites until stiff.

Olesan : 
125 gram gula bubuk
1 sdm air jeruk lemon
50 ml yoghurt

For spreading:
125 grams of powdered sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
50 ml yoghurt


Petunjuk
1. Panaskan oven dengan temperatur 180 derajat celcius, siapkan loyang bentuk cincin ukuran 20 cm, olesi dengan margarine dan taburi tepung terigu, sisihkan. 
2. Kocok mentega dan gula pasir hingga lembut, masukkan telur dan kocok kembali hingga rata. 
3. Masukkan parutan kulit jeruk, air jeruk, lemon, yoghurt, dan tepung terigu, aduk rata, tambahkan baking powder dan soda kue aduk rata. masukkan putih telur kocok, aduk rata. 
4. Tuangkan kedalam loyang dan panggang selama 30 menit hingga matang, angkat dan dinginkan. 
5. Olesan: campur gula bubuk dengan air jeruk nipis dan yoghurt, aduk rata. oleskan kepermukaan kue dan diamkan hingga mengeras, potong-potong dan sajikan. 



Guidance
1. Preheat oven to temperature of 180 degrees Celsius, prepare ring-shaped trays size of 20 cm, spread with margarine and sprinkle with flour, set aside.
2. Beat the butter and sugar until soft, put the eggs and beat again until blended.
3. Put the grated orange peel, orange juice, lemon, yogurt, and flour in, mix well, add baking powder and baking soda mix. Add the whipped egg whites and stir well.
4. Pour into pan and bake for 30 minutes until cooked, remove and let cool.
5. Spread: Mix powdered sugar with lemon juice and yoghurt and stir well. Brush the surface of the cake and let stand until hardened. Cut into slices and serve.
