Baked Potato
Hari ini jatah masak sendiri, biasanya selalu berdua dengan suami.
Nyari yang gampang, cepet, soalnya anak anak sebentar lagi pasti sudah kelaparan.
Mereka butuh energi banyak, karena Senin ini mereka ujian mid semester.
Akhirnya dapat resepnya dari sini.
Semula memang nyari baked potato, tetapi malah dapat yang baked potato lasagna style ha ha.
Enak, apalagi dimakan makan panas panas.
Aku tambahkan mozarela di atasnya, jadinya melting nyam nyam.

Baked Penne
Pasta is my kids' favourite.
Any kind of pasta, from spaghetti, fetucini, lasagna to penne.
I looked in the fridge and found that there was still some minced meat and milk, so I bought some tomatoes for the sauce.I took this recipe from Hesti's blog.
Anakku keduanya suka pasta. Apapun jenisnya.
Hari ini ingin membuat pasta yang berbeda, dan aku menemukan baked penne di blog mbak Hesti.
Saus putihnya enak, si sulung mengudapnya sebelum dibake.
Bahan:
- 250 gr pasta penne
- 1 sdm minyak olive
- sedikit garam
Ingredients:
- 250 g penne pasta
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- A pinch of salt
Bahan saus daging:
- 2 sdm minyak zaitun
- 2 buah bawah bombay , cincang halus (aku pakai 1 tetapi yang besar)
- 250 gr daging cincang
- 2 siung bawang putih
- 2 sdm pasta tomat
- 5 sdm saus tomat
- 5 buah tomat, seduh dalam air mendidih, buang kulitnya, lalu blender
- 250 ml air
- garam (aku 2 sdt)
- merica (aku 1/2 sdt)
- aku tambah 1 sdm gula
- oregano
Meat sauce Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 pieces under bombay, finely chopped (I use 1 but large)
- 250 gr minced meat
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 5 tbsp tomato sauce
- 5 tomatoes, put in boiling water, remove the skin, and blend in a blender
- 250 ml of water
- Salt (I 2 tsp)
- Pepper (I 1/2 tsp)
- I added 1 tablespoon of sugar
- Oregano
Bahan saus keju:
- 2 sdm butter
- 1 sdm tepung terigu
- 250 ml susu cair
- garam secukupnya
- merica secukupnya
- pala secukupnya
- 75 gr keju parut
- 25 gr keju mozarella
Cheese sauce ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tbsp flour
- 250 ml of liquid milk
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Nutmeg to taste
- 75 gr grated cheese
- 25 gr mozzarella cheese
Cara membuat:
1. Saus daging : panaskan minyak, tumis bawang bawang putih dan bawang bombay sampai wangi dan bawang bombaynya layu dan berwarna transparant. Tambahkan daging cincang. Masak sampai berubah warna. Tambahkan pasta tomat, tomat cincang dan air. Beri bumbu merica, garam dan sedikit gula. Masak sampai kaldu menyusut dan menjadi kental. Sebelum matikan api, tambahkan oregano
2. Saus keju : panaskan butter sampai meleleh dan tambahkan tepung terigu. Aduk aduk. Tambahkan susu cair dan aduk sampai kental. Beri bumbu garam, merica dan sedikit pala. Tambahkan keju cheddar dan mozarella. Biarkan meletuh letup dan angkat.
3. Siapkan air dalam panci besar, masak hingga mendidih. Masukkan pasta penne, masak hingga aldente. Beri sedikit garam dan minyak supaya tidak saling melekat. Angkat, tiriskan
4. Penyajian : campur saus daging dan penne. Aduk rata. Tuang dalam mangkuk tahan panas yang sudah dioles mentega sebelumnya. Tuang saus keju di atasnya
5. Oven 180C selama 30 menit. Sajikan panas.
How to make:

5. Bake in the oven at 180C for 30 minutes. Serve while it's hot.

Lasagna
I like lasagna especially when the cheese is melted perfectly, soft pasta and juicy bologneise sauce.
I found this recipe at Camelia@home.
Look at the picture, cheese are melted everywhere, not only the bechamel sauce (cheese sauce), but also from the mozarella cheese that covers the lasagna.
This is exactly what I was looking for.

Saya suka lasagna yang sangat ngeju, pastanya lembut dengan sauce bolognese yang juicy.
Dan akhirnya saya menemukan yang pas di blog Camelia@home.
Bahan:
250 gr Lasagna instan
Saus Daging (Bolognese Sauce):
- 500 gr daging giling/cincang (500 gr mincemeat)
- 1 bh bawang bombay ukuran sedang, cincang kasar (aku potong kotak kecil) (1 pc onion, diced)
- 1 siung bawang putih, keprek, cincang halus (1 pc garlic, diced)
- 5 bh tomat buah ukuran besar, kupas kulit, buang biji, cincang kasar (aku potong kotak kecil) (5 pc big tomato, skin peeled, seeded and roughly chopped)
- 170 gr pasta tomat (170 gr tomato paste)
- 5 sdm saus tomat (5 tbsp tomato sauce)
- 1 sdt oregano bubuk (1 tsp oregano powder)
- ½ sdt basil bubuk (1/2 tsp basil powder)
- ½ sdt merica bubuk (1/2 tsp pepper powder)
- 1 sdt kaldu ayam/daging instan (1 tsp instant chicken broth)
- 1 sdt garam (1 tsp salt)
- 2 sdm gula pasir (aku tambahin 2 sdm lagi)
- 3 sdm minyak untuk menumis (3 tbsp cooking oil)
- 300 ml air (aku 250 ml) (250 ml water)

- Tumis bawang putih dan bombay hingga harum. (Saute the garlic until fragrant / smell good)
- Masukkan daging giling/cincang. Aduk hingga daging berubah warna. (Enter the ground beef / minced. Stir until the meat changes color)
- Kemudian masukkan tomat cincang, pasta tomat dan saus tomat, aduk rata (Then enter the chopped tomatoes, tomato paste and tomato sauce and stir well). - Tuang susu cair perlahan-lahan sambil diaduk-aduk. Jaga jangan sampai bergerindil. (Pour milk and stirring slowly)
- Bubuhi dengan merica bubuk, pala bubuk dan garam. (add the pepper powder, nutmeg powder and salt.)
- Terakhir masukkan keju parut. Aduk hingga rata. Masak hingga mengental dengan api kecil. Angkat. Sisihkan. (Latest enter grated cheese. Stir until blended. Cook over low heat until thickened. Lift. Set aside.)
- Letakkan saus daging lalu taruh lasagna diatasnya, siram kembali dengan saus daging, kemudian timpa dengan saus keju. Taruh lasagna kembali, kemudian siram dengan saus daging timpa lagi dengan saus keju. Lakukan kembali sampai habis. - Masak di oven dengan suhu 180°C sehingga matang ± 30 - 40 menit (sesuai petunjuk dalam kemasan lasagna instan). (Cook in the oven with a temperature of 180 ° C so that the mature ± 30-40 minutes)
- Sajikan 10 menit setelah lasagna keluar dari oven. (Serve 10 minutes after the lasagna out of the oven.)
