Cinnamon Roll with Chream Cheese Frosting

Serumah beraroma cinnamon saat aku keluarkan loyangnya dari oven.
Hmm .... nikmat sekali udaranya.

Itu baru aromanya ... dan rasanya, lembut dan manis dan cream cheese menambah kaya rasanya. Gurih dan legit.

Tidak ada yang lebih enak dibandingkan makan cinammon roll hangat dan segelas teh / coklat panas.



The smell of cinnamon filled the entire house as soon as I took the rolls out of the oven. That was only the smell, while the taste itself is also as wonderful. It is sweet and soft and the cream cheese adds in the richness of the cinnamon rolls. Savory and sweet. Nothing beats eating cinnamon rolls accompanied by a cup of hot tea or hot chocolate.




Resepnya saya ambil dari blog mbak Hesti 
Bahan:
- 250 gr tepung protein tinggi
- 250 gr tepung protein sedang
- 100 gr gula pasir
- 2 sdm susu bubuk full cream
- 3/4 sachet ragi instant
- 70 gr margarine / butter
- 1 sdt garam halus
- 1 kuning telur dan 1 telur utuh
- 250 ml air hangat


I took the recipe from Mbak Hesti's blog 
Ingredients:
- 250 g high protein flour
- 250 gr medium protein flour
- 100 grams sugar
- 2 tablespoons of full cream milk powder
- 3/4 sachets instant yeast
- 70 g margarine / butter
- 1 tsp fine salt
- 1 egg yolk and 1 whole egg
- 250 ml warm water


Bahan filling (aku ambil dari sini, blog Laura in the Kitchen):

1/3 cup of Unsalted Butter, at room temperature
¾ cup of Brown Sugar
¼ cup of Granulated Sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp of Ground Cinnamon


Filling ingrediens (I took it from Laura in the Kitchen blog):
1/3 cup of unsalted butter, at room temperature
¾ cup of Brown Sugar
¼ cup of granulated Sugar
1 1/2 tbsp of Ground Cinnamon

Bahan frosting
- 3 sdm creamcheese
- 2 sdm butter
- 1 1/2 sdm gula halus
- 3 sdm susu cair

Frosting ingredients
- 3 tbsp creamcheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 1/2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 3 tbsp milk




Cara membuat:

1. Aduk semua bahan kering kecuali garam dalam wadah.
2. Tambahkan telur dan kuning telur. Mixer sambil masukkan air sedikit demi sedikit. Mixer sampai tercampur rata
3. Masukkan garam dan margarin / butter. Mixer sampai elastir
4. Fermentasikan selama sekitar setengah jam
5. Pipihkan roti di atas meja beroles margarine tipis. Oles dengan butter. Tuang bahan isi. Gulung adonan dan potong potong.
6. Letakkan dalam talam, fermentasikan lagi sampai mengembang 2x lipat
7. Panggang dengan panas oven 200C selama 12 - 15 menit atau sampai berwarna kecoklatan
8. Panas-panas oles cream cheese frosting dengan sendok

Cara membuat frosting : mixer creamcheese dan butter serta gula halus. baru tambahkan susu cair.



How to make:
1. Stir all dry ingredients except salt in a container.
2. Add eggs and egg yolks. Mix with a little water. Mix until well blended
3. Add salt and margarine / butter. Mix until elastic
4. Ferment for about half an hour
5. Flatten bread on the table smeared with margarine. Spread butter on the bread. Pour filling material. Roll the dough and cut into pieces.
6. Put it in the tray, set aside to ferment again until the size expands two times bigger
7. Bake at 200C hot oven for 12-15 minutes or until lightly browned
8. Immediately smear cream cheese frosting on top of it with a spoon

How to make frosting: mix cream cheese and butter and powdered sugar, then add fresh milk.
