Minnie Mouse Birthday Cake
Baru kali ini mengerjakan dekor hanya 1 jam, meski figurine sudah siap sebelumnya.
Aku dengarnya sabtu sore diambil, ternyata sabtu sore acaranya dan akan diambil siang, dan telp sudah di atas jam 10 pagi.
Untung di kantor sudah sering multi tasking :-)

Barbie Birthday Cake with Yongki's Chocolate Sponge Cake & Dark Cherry Vla
This is a birthday cake for my friend's niece.
The base cake is from Yongki's Chocolate Sponge Cake recipe.
And I used it for blackforest.
For black forest, of course, we can't miss the dark cherry.
What made this blackforest special is that I used dark cherry vla instead of dark cherry puree.
Yongki's recipe is by far the best sponge cake I have ever tried. It is soft but is not easily torn.
Birthday cake ini menggunakan resep Yongki untuk sponge cakenya.
Dan karena blackforest, tidak ketinggalan harus diisi dark cherry, bedanya adalah, aku menggunakan vla dark cherry yang ada di sini.
Resep sponge cake ini lembut tetapi tidak mudah sobek.
Chocolate Sponge Cake Recipe.
Bahan A:
- 15 kuning telur
- 7 putih telur
- 200 gr gula castor
- 100 gr tepung terigu protein rendah / mocaf
- 25 gr maizena
- 25 gr coklat bubuk
- 15 gr susu bubuk
Material A:
- 15 egg yolks
- 7 egg whites
- 200 grams of castor sugar
- 100 gr flour low protein / mocaf
- 25 gr cornstarch
- 25 grams of cocoa powder
- 15 grams of milk powder
Bahan B:
- 100 gr mentega
- 50 gr margarin
(lelehkan)
Material B:
- 100 gr butter
- 50 gr margarine, melted
Cara membuat:
- Kocok telur dan gula hingga kental dan mengembang
- Masukkan tepung, maizena, coklat dan susu sambil diayak, dan aduk balik dengan spatula
- Tuang adonan B ke A, dan aduk balik (ini bagian yang sulit, kalau tidak rata membuat cake bantat)
- Bagi menjadi 3 bagian dan tuang ke loyang yang sudah dioles margarin dan dialasi kertas roti
- Panggang selama 20 menit pada suhu 180C
How to make:
- Beat the eggs and sugar until thick
- Stir the flour, cornstarch, cocoa and milk. When putting the cocoa and milk in, it must be sifted. Mix it using a spatula.
- Pour batter B to A. Mix well.
- Divide into 3 parts and pour into baking pan that has been smeared before with margarine and covered with baking paper
- Bake for 20 minutes at 180C
Loyang:
- 3 loyang bulat 25 x 4 cm, atau
- 2 loyang kotak 30 x 30 x 2 cm
- 3 loyang kotak 22 x 22 x 4 cm
- 3 loyang bulat 25 x 4 cm, atau
- 2 loyang kotak 30 x 30 x 2 cm
- 3 loyang kotak 22 x 22 x 4 cm
Dark Cherry Vla Recipe
Bahan:
- 1 kaleng dark cherry dan pisahkan cherry dan airnya
- 300 ml air dari dark cherry kalengan dan tambahkan 300 ml air
- 50 gr gula pasir
- 3 sdm makan maizena dan larutkan dalam sebagian kecil larutan di atas
Ingredients:
- 1 can of canned dark cherry. Separate cherry from the water.
- 300 ml of water from the canned dark cherry and add 300 ml of water
- 50 grams sugar
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch and dissolve it in the canned cherry water.
Cara membuat:
- Belah 2 buah cherry. Sisihkan
- Masak air dark cherry dan air sampai mendidih, kecilkan apinya.
- Masukkan maizena, aduk aduk sampai mendidih dan meletup letup. Matikan api
- Masukkan dark cherry, aduk rata, dinginkan.
How to make:
- Cut the cherries into two. Set aside
- Boil the dark cherry water and drinking water
- Pour the cornstarch, stir until it boils. Turn off the heat
- Pour the dark cherry, stir well, let it cool down
