Getuk Gulung - Indonesian Traditional Food







Getuk adalah makanan salah satu favoritku, dari dulu dan masih sampai sekarang.
Kalau ada jejeran, pizza dan getuk, he he he pasti deh pilih getuk.

Mestinya sih getuk ini pasangannya dengan taburan kelapa, tetapi karena malas marutnya, jadinya dipadukan dengan parutan keju. Jadinya getuk gulung modern *_*.

Resepnya diambil dari sini. (mohon ijinnya ya mbak Diah)

Getuk is one of my favorite snacks, from the start, and still to this day.
If I was too choose between pizza and getuk, he he he I definitely will choose getuk.

This getuk usually is served with grated coconut, but I used grated cheese. It has become modern getuk roll * _ *.

The recipe was taken from sini.

Bahan:
- 2 kg singkong , cuci bersih potong potong dan kukus sampai matang
- 4 sdm  Margarine
- 190 gr gula pasir *atau sesuai selera
- 1/4 sdt vanilla  *optional
- pasta pewarna merah setetes
alat bantu untuk menggulung;
- 2 loyang ukuran 25x25x4 cm
- 2 lembar plastik seukuran loyang atau lebih

Ingredients:
- 2 kg of cassava, washed, cut into small blocks, and steam until cooked
- 4 tbsp Margarine
- 190 gr sugar 
- 1/4 tsp vanilla * optional
- A drop of red dye pasta
- Tools to roll;
- 2 pan size 25x25x4 cm
- 2 sheets of plastic about the size of a baking sheet or more

Caranya:

1. haluskan singkong yang sudah di kukus dalam keadaan masih hangat, kemudian masukkan margarine, gula dan vanilla, aduk sampai tercampur rata.
2. bagi menjadi 2 bagian, beri pasta salah satu bagian, aduk rata.
3. siapkan loyang kemudian alasi dengan plastik yang cukup besarnya kemudian ratakan adonan yang putih tekantekan.
4. kemudian tambahkan adonan yang sudah dicampur pasta diatas adonan putih lalu ratakan dengan sedikit ditekan tekan agar padat.
5. keluarkan adonan dari loyang , lalu gulung sambil ditekan tekan agar padat.
kemudian dinginkan disuhu ruangan, lalu potong potong sesuai selera.



Method

1. Make cassava puree from cassava that has  been steamed, then add the margarine, sugar and vanilla, stir until well blended.
2. Divide it into 2 parts, add paste to one of the parts, stir well.
3. Cover the pan with plastic then flatten white dough .
4. Then put the dough that is already mixed with pasta on the white batter. flatten  and blend it by pressing it with a little pressure
5. Remove dough from pan, then roll it. Cool it at room temperature, then cut into slices.
