Cheese Choco Brownies



Setelah mencoba brownies, langsung penasaran ingin mencoba yang menggunakan cream cheese.
Kebetulan sekali, mbak Vin di NCC share resep yang dia punya. (ijin untuk copy resepnya ya mbak).
Dan ternyata testimoninya semua bilang sangat enak.

After trying some brownies, I was really curious to try the ones with cream cheese.
Fortunately mbak Vin at NCC shared a recipe that she has.
Everyone thinks that it tastes really good.

Hmm, ternyata yang diceritakan tidak salah, browniesnya lembut, chocolatenya sangat terasa, tidak terlalu manis, cream cheesenya lembut dan gurih, dan karena disiram mcc, tekstur permukaannya jadi shinny.

Hmm, apparently it's true. The brownies is soft, the chocolate is strong, not too sweet, creamy with savory cream cheese and since its poured with mcc, the surface is shiny.




Di bawah adalah resepnya.

A
Butter unsalted 225gr, lelehkan dan sisihkan sampai hangat

225gr unsalted butter, melted and set aside until warm

B
Dcc 150gr
Mcc 150gr
Whipping cream dairy 150gr
(Lelehkan, dan sisihkan sampai hangat)

Campur A+B


  1. Dcc 150gr
  2. Mcc 150gr
  3. Dairy whipping cream 150gr
  4. (Melt, and set aside until warm)

Mix A + B



Kocok lepas:
Telur 4 butir
Vanilla 1sdm
Gula pasir 90gr


Shake it off:
  1. 4 eggs
  2. 1 tbsp of vanilla
  3. 90gr of sugar


Bahan kering:
Terigu protein sedang 135gr
BP 1 sdt
Salt 1/2 sdt

Dry ingredients:
  1. 135gr flour
  2. BP 1 tsp
  3. Salt 1/2 tsp


Creamcheese filling (campur rata):
Creamcheese 200gr (aku 300 gr)
Gula halus 35gr (aku 52 gr)
Kuning telur 1 butir (aku 2 butir kuning telur)

Creamcheese filling (mix well):
  1. Creamcheese 200gr (I used 300 g)
  2. Refined sugar 35gr (I used 52 g)
  3. 1 egg yolk (I 2 egg yolks)


Cara buat:
- masukkan kocokan telur ke adonan butter+coklat
- masukkan bahan kering, aduk rata
- siapkan loyang 24x24x4cm, olesi margarin+taburi cocoa powder (dasar+sisi)
- tuang 2/3 adonan coklat ke loyang
- tuang adonan keju, tutup dgn sisa adonan coklat
- panggang suhu 180 derajat celcius kurang lebih 35 menit (sering cek setelah 25
menit, jangan overbaked)
- tes tusuk, sampai ada bbrp crumble yg masih menempel. Angkat-dinginkan
- sudah dingin, olesi tipis permukaan brownies dengan milk chocolate yg sudah
dilelehkan.

How to make:
- Enter the beaten eggs to the batter (butter + chocolate)
- Enter the dry ingredients and stir
- Prepare a 24x24x4cm-pan, grease it with margarine, sprinkle cocoa powder (base + sides)
- Pour 2/3 of chocolate batter into pan
- Pour the cheese mixture, then cover with the rest of the chocolate batter
- Bake at 180 C about 35 minutes (check frequently after 25
minutes, do not overbake)
- Test it by making holes using a fork, to know when it is baked, see how there will be few crumbles of the brownies on the fork. Lift it and leave it to cool down.
- After the brownies is not too hot, spread the surface with melted milk chocolate
