Blueberry Cheese Pie






Keju lagi dan lagi.
Memang suka banget dengan cheese.

Dan cheese dalam pie, adalah pasti yummy.
Pie-nya renyah dan cheesenya lembut dan gurih, tetapi selai blueberry menambahkan rasa manis dan asam.
Lengkap deh rasanya.

Cheese again and  again :-)
I happen to be very fond of cheese.


And cheese in a pie, would definitely be yummy.
The pie was crispy, yet cheese is soft and savory, and the blueberry jam adds a sweet and sour taste.


Saya ambil resepnya dari sini. (ini bisa menjadi 15 - 16 pie)

Bahan pie:
- 170 gr margarine atau butter (saya pakai separuh separuh)
- 50 gr gula halus
- 1 buah telur
- 300 gr tepung terigu protein rendah / mocaf
- 1/2 sdt garam

Pie ingredients:
- 170 grams of margarine or butter (I use half of each)
- 50 grams of refined sugar
- 1 piece egg
- 300 gr low-protein flower / mocaf
- 1/2 tsp salt

Bahan filling:
- 250 gr chream cheese
- 50 gr gula halus
- 1 buah telur
- 1/2 teh essence vanila / lemon (aku pakai perasan jeruk lemon)
- selai blueberry

Material filling:
- 250 gr cheese chream
- 50 grams of refined sugar
- 1 piece egg
- 1/2 tea essence vanilla / lemon (I used lemon juice)
- Blueberry jam


Cara membuat:
1. Dalam wadah, campur tepung terigu, gula halus dan garam. Aduk rata.  Tambahkan mentega. Aduk dengan ujung jari sampai seperti remah. Masukkan telur yang sudah dikocok lepas. Aduk rata lalu satukan dengan tangan hingga membentuk adonan. Jangan diuleni. Bungkus dengan plastik dan simpan dalam kulkas selama 30 menit
2. Panaskan oven 170C. Keluarkan adonan kulit dari kulkas dan cetak dalam cetakan mini pie
3. Panggang selam kurang lebih 30 menit atau sampai matang
4. Filling : keluarkan cream cheese 20 - 30 menit sebelum digunakan. Kocok cream cheese dan gula halus sampai rata. Tambahkan telur dan air jeruk lemon. Kocok sampai rata. Sisihkan 1 sdm dan tambahkan pewarna ungu untuk lukisan
5. Semprotkan blueberry ke dalam kulit pie, tutup dengan adonan keju dengan cara disemprot supaya rapi. Beri sedikit adonan ungu menggunakan tusuk gigi sebanyak 3 atau 4 garis, lalu tarik garis membentuk motif.
6. Turunkan suhu oven menjadi 160C. Panggang selama 15 menit. Sentuh permukaannya, apabila tidak lengket berarti sudah matang

How to make:

1. In a container, mix flour, refined sugar and salt. Stir well. Add the butter. Stir with fingertips until it forms crumbs. Add the eggs that were beaten earlier. Mix well and mash with hands to form dough. Wrap in plastic and store in the refrigerator for 30 minutes
2. Preheat the oven to 170C. Remove the dough from the refrigerator and put it in mini pie molds.
3. Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until cooked
4. Filling: remove the cream cheese 20-30 minutes before use. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add eggs and lemon juice. Whisk until smooth. Add 1 tablespoon and add the purple dye for painting.
5. Fill in the blueberry jam into the pie, cover with the cheese mixture. Give the dough a little purple using a toothpick as much as 3 or 4 lines, then draw a line forming a motif. 
6. Lower the oven temperature to 160C. Bake for 15 minutes. Touch the surface, if it's not sticky it means it's cooked.

I used tuna as the filling along with mayonnaise, and beef floss as the topping

Since I used the water roux method, the bread is really soft.

Onde Onde - Indonesian Traditional Food



Onde Onde adalah jajanan pasar yang sangat populer di Jawa. Dari Wikipedia disebutkan , Onde Onde sudah ada sejak jaman kerajaan Majapahit, maka kue ini sangat terkenal di Mojokerto. Tetapi jika ditelusuri, Onde Onde berasal dari Tiongkok sejak jaman diinasti Tang yang disebut Ludeui. Makanan ini dibawa pendatang hingga ke Asia Tenggara

Onde Onde is a very popular snack in Java. Refencing Wikipedia, Onde Onde has existed since the time of Majapahit, this snack is very famous in Mojokerto. But if it was traced further, Onde Onde comes from China, has existed since the Tang era dynasty and was called Ludeui. The snack was brought to Southeast Asia by immigrants

Onde Onde terbuat dari tepung ketan yang permukaannya ditaburi wijen. Biasanya isinya adalah kacang hijau.
Tetapi karena kemarin aku masih punya sisa filling kacang merah yang aku pakai untuk isian bakpao, jadi sekarang aku isi dengan  kacang merah.

Onde Onde is made ​​from glutinous rice flour sprinkled with sesame seed on the surface. Usually it is filled with green beans.

Bahan isi :100 gr kacang ijo kupas, rendam selama 2 jam
75 gr gula pasir
1 lembar daun pandan
1/4 sdt garam
1/4 sdt vanili
50 ml santan


For filling:
100 grams of peeled green beans, soak for 2 hours
75 grams sugar
1 sheet of pandan leaves
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp vanilla
50 ml coconut milk


Cara membuat :
1. Kukus kacang ijo kupas sampai matang dan empuk, angkat.
2. Haluskan selagi panas (pake chopper spy lembut).
3. Masak kacang ijo (yg telah dihaluskan) bersama gula pasir, daun pandan, garam, vanili dan santan dengan api kecil sambil diaduk hingga menggumpal, angkat dan dinginkan.
4. Bentuk bulat-bulat sebesar kelereng. Sisihkan..


How to make:
1. Steam the peeled green beans until cooked and tender, then lift
2. Puree the green beans while it's still hot (use a soft spy chopper).
3. Cook the pureed green beans with sugar, pandan leaf, salt, vanilla and coconut milk in low heat, stir until it coagulates, remove and let it cool down.
4. Shape it as big as marbles. Set aside.


Bahan kulit :
250 gr tepung ketan
75 gr gula pasir
1 sdm maizena
Campur dan larutkan : 175 ml air hangat+1 sdm air kapur sirih+1/8 sdt garam


Ingredients:
250 grams of glutinous rice flour
75 grams sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
Mix and dissolve: 175 ml warm water +1 tbsp water whiting +1 / 8 tsp salt


Cara membuat :
1. Campur tepung ketan, gula pasir dan maizena, aduk rata.
2. Tuangi campuran air hangat+air kapur sirih+garam, sedikit demi sedikit, uleni hingga halus dan bisa dipulung.
3. Jika ingin sama besarnya, timbang masing-masing 15 gr.


How to make:
1. Mix the glutinous rice flour, sugar and cornstarch and stir well.
2. Pour a mixture of warm water + salt + water whiting, little by little, knead until smooth.
3. If you want the same size, weigh each to 15 gr


Penyelesaian :
1. Ambil 15 gr adonan kulit, pipihkan lalu taruh adonan isi sebesar kelereng ditengah-tengah.
2. Bulatkan dan rapatkan kulit onde2 hingga isi tertutup.
3. Celupkan sebentar dalam air lalu gulingkan dalam wijen.
4. Goreng onde2 dengan api kecil hingga matang dan kecoklatan.
5. Angkat dan tiriskan. Siap dihidangkan


Finishing
1. Take 15 grams of dough skin, flatten the dough and then put the fillings as big as a marble in the middle.
2. Make it round again and make sure the skin covers the whole filling.
3. Dip it in water then roll it in sesame seeds
4. Fry in low heat until cooked and browned.
5. Remove and drain. ready to serve

Baked Penne


Pasta is my kids' favourite.
Any kind of pasta, from spaghetti, fetucini, lasagna to penne.

I looked in the fridge and found that there was still some minced meat and milk, so I bought some tomatoes for the sauce.I took this recipe from Hesti's blog.

Anakku keduanya suka pasta. Apapun jenisnya.
Hari ini ingin membuat pasta yang berbeda, dan aku menemukan baked penne di blog mbak Hesti.
Saus putihnya enak, si sulung mengudapnya sebelum dibake.


Bahan:
- 250 gr pasta penne
- 1 sdm minyak olive
- sedikit garam

Ingredients:
- 250 g penne pasta
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- A pinch of salt

Bahan saus daging:
- 2 sdm minyak zaitun
- 2 buah bawah bombay , cincang halus (aku pakai 1 tetapi yang besar)
- 250 gr daging cincang
- 2 siung bawang putih
- 2 sdm pasta tomat
- 5 sdm saus tomat
- 5 buah tomat, seduh dalam air mendidih, buang kulitnya, lalu blender
- 250 ml air
- garam (aku 2 sdt)
- merica (aku 1/2 sdt)
- aku tambah 1 sdm  gula
- oregano

Meat sauce Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 pieces under bombay, finely chopped (I use 1 but large)
- 250 gr minced meat
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 5 tbsp tomato sauce
- 5 tomatoes, put in boiling water, remove the skin, and blend in a blender
- 250 ml of water
- Salt (I 2 tsp)
- Pepper (I 1/2 tsp)
- I added 1 tablespoon of sugar
- Oregano

Bahan saus keju:
- 2 sdm butter
- 1 sdm tepung terigu
- 250 ml susu cair
- garam secukupnya
- merica secukupnya
- pala secukupnya
- 75 gr keju parut
- 25 gr keju mozarella

Cheese sauce ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tbsp flour
- 250 ml of liquid milk
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Nutmeg to taste
- 75 gr grated cheese
- 25 gr mozzarella cheese




Cara membuat:
1. Saus daging : panaskan minyak, tumis bawang bawang putih dan bawang bombay sampai wangi dan bawang bombaynya layu dan berwarna transparant. Tambahkan daging cincang. Masak sampai berubah warna. Tambahkan pasta tomat, tomat cincang dan air. Beri bumbu merica,  garam dan sedikit gula. Masak sampai kaldu menyusut dan menjadi kental. Sebelum matikan api, tambahkan oregano
2. Saus keju : panaskan butter sampai meleleh dan tambahkan tepung terigu. Aduk aduk. Tambahkan susu cair dan aduk sampai kental. Beri bumbu garam, merica dan sedikit pala. Tambahkan keju cheddar dan mozarella. Biarkan meletuh letup dan angkat.
3. Siapkan air dalam panci besar, masak hingga mendidih. Masukkan pasta penne, masak hingga aldente. Beri sedikit garam dan minyak supaya tidak saling melekat. Angkat, tiriskan
4. Penyajian : campur saus daging dan penne. Aduk rata. Tuang dalam mangkuk tahan panas yang sudah dioles mentega sebelumnya. Tuang saus keju di atasnya
5. Oven 180C selama 30 menit. Sajikan panas.

How to make:
1. Meat sauce: heat the oil and saute onions garlic and onions until fragrant and colored transparent. Add the minced meat. Cook until it changes color. Add tomato paste, chopped tomatoes and water. 3. Prepare the water in a large pot, heat the water until it boils. Put in the penne, and cook until aldente. Give a little salt and oil so that the pasta won't stick to one another.
4. Presentation: Mix meat sauce and penne. Stir well. Pour in a heatproof bowl that has been previously buttered. Pour the cheese sauce on it.
5. Bake in the oven at 180C for 30 minutes. Serve while it's hot.

Lepet Jagung - Indonesian Traditional Food



Teringat kembali lepet jagung, waktu beberapa bulan lalu jalan-jalan ke Solo.

Rasa jagung dan parutan kelapa yang gurih membuat satu bungkus tidak cukup.
Membuat jajanan ini sangat mudah, campur campur campur, lalu bungkus.
Yang susah termyata membungkusnya :-)

Reminded of the lepet jagung when I went to Solo a few months ago, I thought of making it myself. The corn and the grated coconut was savory, having only one piece of this snack is not enough. Ini adalah satu satunya resep yang menggunakan santan kental, jadi sepertinya lebih enak dari resep yang lain.

This was the only recipe that uses coconut milk, so it is most likely to taste better than other recipes.

Bahan:
- 500 gr jagung manis (diparut).
- 250 gr kelapa parut.
- 100 ml santan kental
- 50 gr tepung maizena
- 1 sachet vanili
- 70 gr gula pasir
- ½ sdt garam
- bahan kulit jagung untuk membungkus

Ingredients:
- 500 g sweet corn (grated).
- 250 gr grated coconut.
- 100 ml thick coconut milk
- 50 gr cornstarch
- 1 sachet of vanilla
- 70 grams sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- Corn husk to wrap the lepet

Cara Membuat :
1. Campur semua bahan jadi satu, aduk rata.
2. Ambil selembar kulit jagung, lalu letakan 2 sendok makan adonan, bungkus seperti membungkus tempe kemudian tali dengan kulit jagung yang disuir. 
3. Lakukan sampai adonan habis, kukus selama kurang lebih 30 menit atau sampai matang.
Lepet jagung siap disantap. 

How to Make:
1. Mix all ingredients together and stir well.
2. Take a piece of corn husk, then put 2 tablespoons of the mixture, then wrap like tempe, tie it with shredded corn husks.
3. Do it until the mixture is finished, steam it for about 30 minutes or until cooked.

Pandan Chiffon Cake



Setelah Chocolate Chiffon, langsung pindah ke Chiffon Pandan.
Apapun chiffon, pasti menjadi favorite.
Terlihat cakenya kokoh, tetapi lembut banget, tidak seret sama sekali.

Bahan :

- 150 gr tepung terigu protein rendah
- 1/2 sdt baking powder
- 50 gr gula pasir
- 80 gr minyak goreng
- 90 gr santan kental
- 50 ml daun suji (dari perasan blender daun suji dan daun pandan (sekitar 30 lembar total))
- 1/4 sdt pasta pandan
- 5 kuning telur
- 5 putih telur
- 1/2 sdt garam
- 100 gr gula pasir
- 70 gr almond kalau mau untuk taburan

Ingredients:
- 150 gr flour low protein
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 50 grams sugar
- 80 grams of cooking oil
- 90 gr coconut milk
- 50 ml of suji leaf (the juice pf pandan leaves and suji leaves (about 30 pieces in total))
- 1/4 tsp pandan paste
- 5 egg yolks
- 5 egg whites
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 100 grams sugar
- 70 gr almond topping if you want to

Cara membuat:

1. ayak tepung terigu dan baking powder. tambahkan gula pasir, aduk rata, sisihkan
2. Campur minyak goreng, santan, air suji, dan pasta pandan, aduk rata
3. Tuang sedikit sedikit ke campuran tepung terigu dsmbil diaduk rata. tambahkan kuning telur, aduk rata sisihkan
4. Kocok putih telur dan garam sampai setengah mengembang, tambahkan gula pasir sedikit sedikit sambil dikocok sampai mengembang
5. Tuang sedikit sedikit ke campuran terigu sambil diaduk perlahan
6. Tuang ke loyang chiffon tanpa dioles, tabur almond
7. Oven dengan api bawah selama 60 menit dengan suhu 170C
8. Segera balikkan di atas botol sampai dingin

How to make:
1. Sift flour and baking powder. Add the sugar, stir well and set aside
2. Mix cooking oil, milk, water suji, and pandan paste, mix well
3. Pour little by little into the flour mixture, stir evenly. Add the egg yolks, mix well, and set aside
4. Beat the egg whites and salt until half risen, add sugar little by little and whip until it rises

6. Pour into a chiffon pan without greasing it
7. Oven with the bottom fire for 60 minutes at the temperature 170C
8. Immediately turn it over and let it cool down
