Pie-nya renyah dan cheesenya lembut dan gurih, tetapi selai blueberry menambahkan rasa manis dan asam.
Lengkap deh rasanya.

Bahan pie:
- 170 gr margarine atau butter (saya pakai separuh separuh)
- 50 gr gula halus
- 1 buah telur
- 300 gr tepung terigu protein rendah / mocaf
- 1/2 sdt garam
Pie ingredients:

Bahan filling:
- 250 gr chream cheese
- 50 gr gula halus
- 1 buah telur
- 1/2 teh essence vanila / lemon (aku pakai perasan jeruk lemon)

Cara membuat:
1. Dalam wadah, campur tepung terigu, gula halus dan garam. Aduk rata. Tambahkan mentega. Aduk dengan ujung jari sampai seperti remah. Masukkan telur yang sudah dikocok lepas. Aduk rata lalu satukan dengan tangan hingga membentuk adonan. Jangan diuleni. Bungkus dengan plastik dan simpan dalam kulkas selama 30 menit
2. Panaskan oven 170C. Keluarkan adonan kulit dari kulkas dan cetak dalam cetakan mini pie
3. Panggang selam kurang lebih 30 menit atau sampai matang
4. Filling : keluarkan cream cheese 20 - 30 menit sebelum digunakan. Kocok cream cheese dan gula halus sampai rata. Tambahkan telur dan air jeruk lemon. Kocok sampai rata. Sisihkan 1 sdm dan tambahkan pewarna ungu untuk lukisan
5. Semprotkan blueberry ke dalam kulit pie, tutup dengan adonan keju dengan cara disemprot supaya rapi. Beri sedikit adonan ungu menggunakan tusuk gigi sebanyak 3 atau 4 garis, lalu tarik garis membentuk motif.
6. Turunkan suhu oven menjadi 160C. Panggang selama 15 menit. Sentuh permukaannya, apabila tidak lengket berarti sudah matang

3. Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until cooked
4. Filling: remove the cream cheese 20-30 minutes before use. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add eggs and lemon juice. Whisk until smooth. Add 1 tablespoon and add the purple dye for painting.
5. Fill in the blueberry jam into the pie, cover with the cheese mixture. Give the dough a little purple using a toothpick as much as 3 or 4 lines, then draw a line forming a motif.
6. Lower the oven temperature to 160C. Bake for 15 minutes. Touch the surface, if it's not sticky it means it's cooked.
