Pudding Art

After seeing a post on Facebook and a mail group, I began to have an eye for pudding art and was really interested. Finally I had the chance to learn how to make one. At first, I was doubtful and nervous when I had to use the syringe, since I could inject the colours in the wrong direction or it could be too deep, and worst, the pudding itself could be torn. However, I managed to create these puddings below. The decoration comes in various shapes: rose, dahlia, orchid and butterfly.
