Orange Cheese Cake



Semua yang dari cream cheese, sudah pasti semua enak.
Dipadu dengan asam dan manis dari jeruk mandarin, sempurna.
Apalagi cakenya bertekstur sangat lembut.
Dimakan dingin dingin, enak sekali.

Any foods that are made of cream cheese is definitely good. 
Combined with the sweetness and sourness of mandarin oranges, perfection. 
Moreover, the cake is very soft. Eat while it's cold and it tastes heavenly.

Resepnya dari buku "Sedap"

Bahan:
- 130 gr mentega tawar
- 130 gr tepung terigu protein rendah
- 160 gr susu cair
- 200 gr cream cheese, lembutkan
- 200 gr kuning telur. kocok lepas
- 2 sendok makan sirup jeruk
- 400 gr putih telur
- 1 sdt cream of tartar
- 1/2 sdt garam
- 200 gr gula pasir


Ingredients: 
- 130 g unsalted butter 
- 130 g low protein flour 
- 160 grams of fresh milk
- 200 g cream cheese, soften 
- 200 g egg yolks
- 2 tablespoons orange syrup 
- 400 g egg whites 
- 1 tsp cream of tartar 
- 1/2 tsp salt 
- 200 gr sugar

Bahan isi:
- 300 gr non dairy cream
- 350 gr jeruk mandarin kaleng
- saya tambahkan cream cheese di sini, kira-kira 150 gr

Filling:
- 300 grams of non-dairy cream 
- 350 gr of canned mandarin oranges 
- I added about 150 gr of cream cheese

Cara membuat:
- Siapkan 2 buah loyang 24 x 24 x 4 cm yang dialas kertas roti tanpa dioles mentega
- Panaskan mentega sampai meleleh. Matikan api. Tambahkan tepung terigu , aduk sampai kalis dan angkat
- Panaskan susu cair. Tambahkan cream cheese, aduk sampai keju larut. Tuang sedikit demi sedikit ke dalam kuning telur sambil diaduk rata. Tambahkan sirup jeruk dan aduk rata
- Tuang sedikit demi sedikit ke dalam campuran tepung terigu sambil diaduk sampai licin. Sisihkan
- Kocok putih telur, garam dan cream of tartar sampai setengah mengembang. tambahkan gula sedikit demi sedikit sambil dikocok sampai mengembang
- Masukkan campuran tepung terigu sedikit demi sedikit ke dalam kocokan putih telur sambil diaduk perlahan
- Tuang di dua buah loyang. Letakkan di dalam loyang lebih besar yang diberi sedikit air
- Oven 45 menit dengan api suhu bawah 160 C sampai matang
- Ambil selembar cake, oleskan isi dan tata jeruk mandarin. Tumpuk dengan cake yang lain, oles atasnya dengan sisi krim dan hias dengan jeruk mandarin


How to make :
- Prepare  2 pieces of baking pan 24 x 24 x 4 cm which is covered using bread paper (no need to spread margarine on the bread paper)
- Heat the butter until melted. Turn off the flame. Add flour, stir until smooth and lift
- Heat the milk. Add cream cheese, stir until cheese has melted. Pour slowly into the egg yolks while stirring. Add orange syrup and mix well
- Pour slowly into the flour mixture, stir until smooth. Set aside
- Beat the egg whites, salt and cream of tartar until slightly expands. Add sugar little by little.
- Add the flour mixture gradually into the beaten egg whites, stir gently
- Pour into the two pans. Place in a larger baking pan with a little water
- Oven 45 minutes with a temperature 160 C 
- Take a layer of the cake, spread the filling and put mandarin oranges. Stack the other layer, spread the cream and decorate with mandarin oranges
