Harley Davidson Cake with Chocolate Steam Brownies

I like accepting this kind of cake orders because of its challenge, especially this one particular cake below.

I made it into 2 parts, the bottom part is the cake itself, and the second part is the motorcycle. I used Styrofoam to make the frame of the motorcycle. I used icing sugar to cover not only that cake but also the motorcycle.

Glad to see that the one who received the cake was happy, hard work payed off.

The Winner of Favorite Recipe for NCC Chocolate Week

I was very surprised when I read my email today because the only recipe that I submit to the NCC Chocolate Week became the favorite recipe.

It gave encouraged me to always dare to try new things, from never entering the kitchen, to starting to try simple recipes until really enjoying the the stay in the kitchen.
