Cream Cheese Creme Brulee
Beberapa minggu lalu aku membeli torch.
Sudah terbayang membuat rencana untuk membuat creme brulee.
Belum pernah makan sebelumnya, tetapi ternyata tidak bohong, dan dengan cream cheese, perpaduan yg uenak banget.
Apalagi setelah masuk kulkas sekian lama, seperti meluncur dan terasa dingin di kerongkongan.
A few weeks ago I bought a torch (a cooking torch).
I already planned on making creme brulee.
I've never had one before.
It turned out to be very good. Especially when it is eaten after you take it straight out of the fridge.
Karena baru pertama, masih belum kenal torchnya , jadi ada yang agak gosong sedikit, tetapi bau karamelnya, wah sedap sekali.
Saya menggunakan resep di link ini. Tetapi aku modifikasi dengan bahan yang ada di kulkas.
Since I am not familiar with the new torch yet, there is a little burnt on the surface of the creme brulee, but other than that the creme brulee tasted decent and the smell of caramel, really delicious.

Bahan:
- 175 gr cream cheese
- 175 gr non dairy whipcream
- 95 gr susu cair
- 90 gr kuning telur
- 45 gr gula
- 1 sdt vanila
- 1-2 sdt gula untuk karamel
Ingredients:
- 175 grams of cream cheese
- 175 grams of non-dairy whipcream
- 95 grams of liquid milk
- 90 g egg yolk
- 45 grams of sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1-2 tsp of sugar for the caramel
Cara membuat:
- Dalam mangkuk, wisk kuning telur, gula dan vanila sampai creamy
- Masukkan chream cheese dan wisk lagi sampai tercampur rata dan lembut
- Panaskan susu dan whip chream sampai agak mendidih
- Masukkan sedikit demi sedikit campuran krim ke dalam campuran cheese dan wisk lagi
- Masukkan campuran ke dalam ramekin
- Taruh ramekin ke dalam loyang yang sudah diberi air panas, secukupnya
- Oven selama 35 - 40 menit dengan suhu 140C
- Pindahkan ramekin, dinginkan, masukkan ke kulkas
- Sebelum disajikan, taburkan 1 - 3 sdt gula pasir di atas creme brulee dan nyalakan torchnya hingga timbul karamel
How to make:
- In a bowl, whisk egg yolks, sugar and vanilla until creamy
- Put in the cream cheese and whisk until well blended and creamy
- Heat the milk and whip cream until it is slightly boiling
- Pour in the cream mixture into the cheese mixture and whisk again
- Put the mixture into a ramekin
- Put the ramekin into a pan that is already poured with a little hot water
- Bake it in the oven for 35-40 minutes at temperature 140C
- Move ramekin, let cool, put into refrigerator
- Before serving, sprinkle 1-3 tsp sugar on top of creme brulee and use the torch to caramelize the sugar
