Bluder Tape


Sejak kecil aku suka tape, mau dijadiin apapun pasti suka.
Dan beruntung ibu FB sharing resep ini.

Membuatnya mudah, dan rasanya lembut.
Setelah matang, aku potong potong dan dimasukkan ke kulkas, rasanya tambah mantap dan enak, karena dingin.
Setiap pulang kantor, aku dan suami selalu comot satu, tidak ketinggalan juga di sulung.


I have always liked fermented cassava since I was much younger back then. I was very lucky because recently Ibu FB shared this recipe.
It;s easy to make and the cake itself is so soft
After putting it in the fridge, somehow it tasted much better.



Bahan A:
- 3 butir telur
- 5 butir kuning telur
- 200 gr gula pasir

Material A:
- 3 eggs
- 5 egg yolks
- 200 grams sugar

 
Bahan B:
- 100 gr mocaf / tepung terigu

Material B:
- 100 gr mocaf / flour

Bahan C:
- 300 gr tape singkong, haluskan
- 50 gr santan kental
- 125 gr mentega leleh

Material C:

- 300 gr fermented cassava, mashed
- 50 gr coconut milk
- 125 gr butter, melted

note: aku masukkan beberapa butir kismis, jadinya rasanya lebih kaya.
note: I put a few pieces of raisin so it would be richer in taste




Cara membuatnya:
1. Aduk rata bahan C, sisihkan 
2. Kocok bahan A sehingga mengembang dan kental, beri bahan B dan aduk rata. Tuangi campuran bahan C, aduk balik hingga rata
3. Tuang ke dalam loyang tulban 18 cm / 22x22.4 cm, yang sudah dipoles mentega dan ditaburi tepung
4. Panggang dalam oven suhu 180C selama 45 menit
5. Angkat. 

How to make it:
1. Stir ingredient C, set aside
2. Whisk ingredient A until risen and thick, then pour in ingredients B and mix well. Pour mixture C, stir till mixed well
3. Pour into a 
18 cm / 22x22.4 cm tulban pan, which has been greased and dusted with flour earlier 
4. Bake in oven at 180C for 45 minutes
5. Lift
