Sagu Keju (Cheese Sago) Cookies

This cookies is not from mocaf, but from sago, which is abundant at east Indonesia.
But sure it is gluten free.
This cookies is very delicious, sweet, combined with chruncy cheese. It is nice to be served during hari raya.

Jika sudah makan cookies ini, maka sulit untuk berhenti. Renyah tetapi lembut di mulut.
Cookies ini mempunyai rasa manis dipadu gurih keju yang crunchy.

Sudah pasti ini menjadi salah satu cookies favorit di saat hari raya.

Seperti biasa, resepnya adalah resep NCC.
As usual I took NCC recipe belong to ibu Fatmah Bahalwan

Bahannya adalah sbb:
Bahan:
300gr   tepung sagu - sago flour 2 lbr     daun pandan - pandan leaves (can be ignored)100 gr  margarine
50gr     mentega (butter)
150gr   gula halus - icing sugar1 btr     kuning telur - egg yolks100gr   keju, parut - cheese, shredded50ml     santan kental - instant coconut milk


Cara membuat:
  • Sangrai tepung sagu dan daun pandan dengan api kecil hingga daun pandan kering. Angkat,dinginkan. - fried sago flour for 10 minutes, sift and set aside to cool
  • Kocok margarine dan mentega hingga putih dan lembut masukkan gula, kocok rata, tambahkan kuning telur, kocok rata. - beat margarine and icing sugar till well blended about 40 sec
  • Campur tepung sagu dan keju parut, tuang bertahap kedalam adonan mentega, aduk rata. Tambahkan santan, aduk lagi hingga rata. - add shredded cheese and mix well. Then add in coconut mlik till your dough soft
  • Masukkan adonan kedalam plastik conthong (segitiga), semprotkan kedalam loyang tipis yg sudah dioles mentega dan ditabur tepung. - Scoop dough into a piping bag with a nozzle
  • Oven selama lk. 40menit - Bake in preheated over for 40 minutes 160 C
